I have been posting similar topic before after last week maintain 28/06/16. But it been set as private. And after today maintain it’s still the same problem occur. And no information of this problem in Known Issues: July 5th

It’s been week already. And this problem is still unresolved. I guess, This problem will stuck with me for this whole week again.
Why this problem only occur with some people on the top rank?
Does it is as intended from IMC? If it’s so, I will accept this fate of mine.
