Bug Description :
There are 2 related bugs:

When you are in the Monster tab of the Adventure Journal and you click on one of the monster’s item drops, it will take you to the Item tab, but it will not show the item you clicked.

Pressing Backspace in the search box after being brought to the Item tab from the Monster tab will show text similar to the following: “@dicID_^*$ITEM_0150401_00445”
Steps to reproduce the issue :

Go to your Adventure Journal (F4)

Go to the Monster tab.

Click on one of the monster’s item drops (I clicked ‘Cane’ here), which will take you to the Item tab with no item being displayed

(only relevant for bug 2) Press Backspace
