Quest list containt no Advance list, but fond on a map by acident!

Bug Description :
Found out, that i can Advance. I traveled to Klaipedia for a safe zone. There was a tone of people, so stuck on some lugs {like no people and super fast movement}. I was in a hurry so tried to do the Advance to Sapper. What a fool I was. I’ve been kicked out of server by the sistem, and when I’ve returned, I just could’n find a Select button in Advance menu. Plus I dont have a quest. I tried some reinstalations, but no results. Please do help me.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- traveled to klaipedia
- lost all people on the channel (no people and fast movement)
- Tried to advance from ranger to sapper
- kicked out of server
- came back. still laging. No Select button, nor quest
- Next day. No lugs, but still no button/quest
