So, the story is, my friend bought 2 founder packs as gift (#1 and #3 pack), the #3 is for me and #1 is for her. But she accidentally added #3 pack into her library. Is there any ways to get the pack she added back (she can’t use the refund system since we’re buying gift from 3rd party)? If not, can she still receive the $50 benefit if she redeem the #1 pack now? Though I don’t know if she can still add, and what will happen to the $10 benefit from pack #3. In the worst case I hope we just have to buy the $10 pack again.

She can use both the $50 and the $10 packs. Then buy another $10 for you.
thanks for reply. If she uses the $50 pack, does the benefit from $50 pack override the benefit from $10 pack, or she can get both? Are there any chances that she will only receive the benefit from the first pack she redeemed ($10 pack in this case)?
According to previous posts from the staff, you can have both pack rewards.
