Add or Block "blank" person

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : I’m at town, and

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
click the “Add friend”, enter nothing and press ok. The request is sent but I don’t think there is any person who leaves his/her name as blank.
Same as Block someone.
And when this happen you can’t not un-block or un-add that “blank” person either.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to friend list.
  2. Click Add or block someone
  3. Don’t enter anything. Press Ok.
  4. Congratulations, you have added nobody.

the friend list okay button is currently bugged and most of us have reported it~ just add your friends on steam for the moment~

actually that’s another bug. I want to report the availability of adding or blocking “nobody” by enter nothing into the “name of some1 you want to add/block” section.
