it still works, am using it…
if you have OCD and are a completionist, I don’t recommend using it …
you will go insane every time you see a quest you cant complete at that time

Yeah …I can’t take that thing
even normal one without addon already drive me insane (you know when the green quest popup …but you want to ignore it but …its coming out even when you disable it in quest list)
I have a huge list of abandoned green quest on my characters 
out of sight, out of mind xD
I used BetterQuest to complete every single quest in the game on one of my characters.
