Talk to Bishop Aurelius - the bishop doesn’t appear and makes my quest stuck
i have the same problem. I had a look at a video and the altar exploded in it. but on my game it never exploded / continued the quest.
Have you tried to use the book in your inventory that Bishop gave you to re-summon him?

It worked thanks, just used the book in key quest items and i summoned him again.
