-They said i have to send request ticket to expend my limit TP
-but they reject my ticket
-reading forum seem like staff ask to send more
-another reject

well its quiet scary at least for me im scare that i might get ban for bothering higher power too much and i don’t understand how they judge my ID should keep restrict. It’s quiet unsettled feeling i have a few day pass.
any suggestion for TP ticket? or do as higher power said throw my free tp for month.

Well, ask them why they’re refusing to lift the limit, and keep bothering them about it.
You can ask for a refund as you cannot use the in-game currency you paid for.
If IMC doesn’t want you to spend money, then I’d advise you to stop trying to spend, just get a refund, and spend it somewhere else.

still reject my request same text same line almost copy all to reject my reqeust Thx @Goldie for advice but i think its maybe not possible to ask refund since im just use my tp to buy the 300tp cube already.
System still allow you to spend 5free tp but i cant buy enchant scroll anymore

Please restart the client again.
The limit has been removed and they can now spend TP as usual.
