Today I had check with NPC and found that my Achievement Level was 490/330 point, but still at level 3.
Is that normal? Please advice.

Same here (when I could play -.-’). I have about 1150/330 and still at lvl 3. It’s funny, because they would fix it.

The maximum level of the Achivement section is indeed, Level 3.
It currently won’t go any higher.
