Bug Description : My account remains locked and since I haven’t done any trade or Market Transition I’m 100% sure that I fit in the A category.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that I droped some monsters gems and died, loosing all of them. So maybe the staff is having trouble finding the gems.

PS: Already sent a Ticket early today but no responses until now.

Such incompetence! What system do they use to track the missing items? I’ve been at it for almost a week now. I created multiple ticket and didn’t get a single reply? Great service! I shouldn’t have bought TPs, such a waste of money.
