Account locked - no proof, no warning

Hello, I’m asking you to return my account here because you would not reply to my emails. You apparently banned me for suspicious activity but fail to provide any sort of proof?? I have an active token running AND bought 2 of your DLCs. This is simply atrocious customer service.

it is useless ask in forum, no one can help you here in this matter, the only way is to sent support a ticket and prove yourself innocent

I’ve sent a ticket and that’s where they told me my account was locked. I’ve sent over 20 emails to the support email (tossupport@imc.co.kr). That is why I thought about writing here in hopes of raising at least some awareness to my issue since you clearly aren’t paying attention to my emails.

I’ve also sent other tickets to follow up my emails. No reply.

I’m pretty sure they don’t need to give you any proof to ban you.
As unfair as it seems, it’s in the Term of Service everyone obviously read.

It’s more you who have to prove your innocence.
My guess is if they don’t answer, either they are too busy, or else data indicates you’re obviously guilty.

Hi @josh14789632 You are receiving those kind of message because your account has been locked due to suspicious activity within the game. In other words, some player reported you for doing suspicious activity inside the game.

If you’re sending too many mail they may mistake yours as spam mail and throw it into a trash can…

Hello @GM_Francis, so in other words, no investigation at all was done and I was banned simply cause some idiot decided to right click my character and press “report bot”??? no reason or proof given whatsoever? Am I the ONLY one who sees the enormously retarded flaw in this system?? It could have been an accident, a troll, immature players, the list goes on.

Not only does my NAME suggest I am not a bot, but if you even checked out my logs, you would see that I’ve been questing and grinding like a normal player.

If you can even show me A SINGLE SHRED of evidence for this “suspicious activity” I will shut my mouth and you’ll never hear from me again. OTHERWISE, GIVE ME BACK MY ACCOUNT, THIS IS THEFT.

They have data and evidence and obviously investigated your account. Reports only triggers the investigation not an outright ban. If you emailed them once or twice and got the same answer then that means the reports were true.

What are you basing this information on? I still haven’t received any reply for my emails. I’ve sent an appeal from 3 different email addresses to eliminate the chances of me going to spam mail. NO reply whatsoever. They have yet to provide me with ANY details regarding the account lock, other than “suspicious activity” and thanks to our kind GM here, we now know that my ban was rolled out simply because some idiot reported me.

Furthermore, IF they DID investigate my account then they would see that there is no reason to lock it. With the amount of bots running pre-patch, I seriously doubt that they poured resources into investigating ANY reports. They just got lazy and probably said “Righto, lets just ban every kunt that got reported. ■■■■ em’ we got their money”. My case is undeniable proof of this laziness.

Pretty sure they have conclusive evidence of any wrongdoings before they take any actions. Theyre more trustworthy instead of you if you dont know. Checking and banning of 1.6k accounts is not hard to pull off. They will never randomly ban someone without checking each of their own histories so your disinformation that they dont “investigate” is obviously not true.

just wait for their reply email and if they suspect you of being a bot, prove that you’re not one. easy as 1 2 3

Pretty sure? Please. You cannot have something conclusive if; (1) you have no proof of it’s existence, (2) I can question the reliability of said evidence.

There is nothing trustworthy about a company that sells early access to you and then deny you of access without anything to back it up. I don’t need your trust when I know for a fact that I was banned without reason, in fact, your uneducated inputs are so irrelevant to the matter that I question myself as I’m typing a reply to you. I got nothing to hide. They are welcome to put my entire account log (if there is a thing) public so we can all see that I’ve done nothing wrong.

IMC is entitled to any information they can deny, steam does it too. Steam never disclose any information of how youre banned thats their prerogative and you have no choice but to agree as you previously accepted the TOS(term of service) before accesing steam or TOS(tree of savior). Seeing the manners of how you reply youre far from innocent and obviously the ban was well deserved.
