Was playing through the lvl 270 dungeon with instance multiplier on and suddenly got kicked out, with the screen saying my account was restricted.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Open the game
2. Press ENTER
3. …
4. Account has been restricted

I don’t believe there should be any reason for my account to be banned. I only just started the game and am enjoying it immensely so far, to the point that i have even bought DLCs and TP bundles worth close to at least $80. This was a very saddening experience and i wish for an explanation as to why this happened.
