Similar problem here too. I submitted two tickets (4/4 & 4/11) figuring that was the way to handle this. Was happy because I received a prompt response on the first one saying that my pet would be restored in 2 or 3 days. After a week passed I submitted a second ticket to inquire how things were progressing because I hadn’t seen or heard anything. Still nothing, any help would be appreciated.

I also deleted my pet on accident just now while trying to transfer it back to one of my other characters. Tried googling it to see if anyone else did the same on accident and if there was a fix and found this thread. It would be awesome if I could get mine back as well.
