lol, the big problem is, there are maps where no channel works, so my char is trapped (and many others) mine for the whole day… so because of this I made a new char, and swapping the pet to another char is similar to deleting the pet…

Nothing wrong with people advocating for better design choices.
It never happened to me, but at least I have some empathy unlike you for others who accidentally delete their horrible little abominations.

It is a large red minus button(CLEARLY not an arrow to anyone paying attention) and when you press it a verification comes up asking if you’re sure you want to delete it? In what way is that a horrible design choice? How many warnings do you want them to give? 5? 10? 54? Should I have to enter my birthdate, social security number, mother’s maiden name, best friend’s first job, the phone number of the doctor that delivered my aunt’s baby and the address where my future child will go to school to confirm the deletion? How about a finger print scanner and blood test? You click delete and they mail you a test kit which you send back and once it confirms your DNA you’re allowed to delete the pet.
Or, maybe people could admit that it is their own fault and that if they took a single second to READ before clicking their pet would be 100% fine.
When I first tried to transfer my pet in iCBT, I thought that the button was to transfer the pet. There wasn’t another distinct button that seemed suitable for that function. Buttons should generally be labelled.
Fortunately I read it in time before I deleted it, but it is not a good design choice. Also, no need to rag on me with those extreme examples, just the standard confirmation to delete, with a big red warning sign would suffice.
A good UI choice would be a separate layout for the pet, with its own delete and transfer buttons, rather than attaching it to the character UI.
Some maps have 0 channels that are working, so you can’t just SIMPLY log out, select another channel and log back in.
Just because you haven’t encountered the problem or aren’t high level enough to encounter this problem, doesn’t mean you can be ignorant of other people’s problem.
