I accidentally deleted the weapon that comes with it.
[Harvest] Two-handed Mace
After using the transcendence voucher +5
I have the +11 weapon enhancement voucher still in my inventory.
May I request to retrieve the item?
I filed a ticket already regarding this matter.

its a worst case accidental excuse given that there is prompt almost everywhere in game when goodies gonna get disposed, losing potential, break etc
some things just cant be undone in life

This is a throwaway item, I don’t even understand why they put such garbage in paid packages. Your char is level 400, just do the Neringa quest starting in Orsha and you’ll be rewarded with a Kedorian level 400 weapon which is ten times more powerful than this +10 t3 returning crap.

And then do EP11 and get real good gears (for beginners).

dont worry about this weapon you can get much better really eas
unless you were high or dead drunk, there are 2 fail-safe feature to avoid accidental deletion especially for unique tier items and higher.
plus, its just a throwaway item like draconis said, ur already lvl 400, u can get much more better gear.
its not really a big problem, your bound to replace that weapon sooner or later.
