<ACCIDENTAL GLITCHED> I CAN ADD FRIENDS inside ToS when we actually can't?

Date and Time : 8th aug

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard

Bug Description : seems like i glitched that i can add a friend
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. add the guy u wanna add
2. ask the guy to add u back
3. that’s all i remember doing cause i added Nel by accident and she/he added me
4. only realised this on 9th Aug few minutes ago

The current Friend system is bugged.
We are doing best to fix it, but it seems hard case.
