Access to the game is currently restricted (Telsiai)

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard / Mouse

Bug Description :
When trying to enter a server, an error message occurs, saying “Game access is currently restricted due to a server maintenance or other reasons. For more details, please contact customer service through the homepage.”

As per checking the server Telsiai is in green status which means no maintenance is happening.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log in to Tree of Savior via Steam
  2. Try to enter server Telsiai and Varena didn’t work
  3. Entering server Klaipeda and Orsha works
  4. Error pops up: “Game access is currently restricted due to a server maintenance or other reasons. For more details, please contact customer service through the homepage.”

Already request a ticket 3 times still no replies ask me to log a request as ban appeal done. still no response I am thinking of going back, give the game another chance and this happens hope you can address the issue asap
