Hello. I played this game a long time ago when the beta came out for North America, I believe.
I even paid 10 dollars to play it early.
Now whenever I try to log into a server (Orsha) it tells me that my access is restricted due to maintenance or another reason.
I came looking for a maintenance but I don’t see one for today.
I can’t submit a ticket because it wants the 3 things I can’t answer because I don’t know the answers to it anymore.
So. What do?
Please help.
If someone can tell me if a maintenance is going on and where to look for it, I’d thank you.
There is no maintenance going on, i suggest that you create a new steam account (you can use the same email) so you can join the event that helps players with new accounts.
If you don’t want to do that, try to verify the files on steam, maybe something is missing.

I had the Founder’s Server: Exclusive Access 3 installed as DLC on steam. I clicked to have in not installed and the patcher is redownloading all the .pak files. I’ll see if that fixed it and if not, I’ll just make a new account.
I suggest to make a new account because the exp gain is completely different and the event guides you through the game giving you quite nice weapons and stuff.
Sadly i play on silute, so i can’t help you personally, but i hope you can get the game going and enjoy it.

Well. I got it to say “Cannot connect to server” once lol
But now it’s telling me access is restricted again.
