Hello,

i hope everyone is having a great day !

So, I keep having this error for a long long time now,

I don’t remember my character and team names, i tried to solve this with the support but apparently they don’t answer tickets.

Please Staffs, could you try to help me, i’m sure that i didn’t got banned because i bought this “Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access 3” and i played max 10 hours and couldn’t play anymore.

i took so long to really try hard to solve this because just now that i have time to play and i would like to enjoy it.

i have a lot of other games on my steam, should i change acc every time i want to play another game just because they can’t solve a problem that they made ?

Sadly, we can’t help you through the forums without your team name, so you will have to wait until the Support Team answers your ticket :sob:

Is there a way to find what is my team name without being in the game ?

Technically, support should be able to find it just by having your steam account ID (should be linked to your forum account) and server name/region you were on.

But will they be willing or able to do so is another question because support team have company rules/protocols they have to follow when handle tickets…

Edit: Have you tried/able to connect to other server regions?
