Accesories with stats? Am i missing something here?

Since when can accessories have these kind of stats?

I see many on the board but have no idea how they got these good stats, gems don’t seem to give so many good attributes.

This is how normally a popolion doll looks:

No stats.

I tried the help option but can’t find a feature that gives items these awesome stats.

You can buy magic scrolls from the TP shop, which are used to enchant headgears.

It’s item enchantment.

You can purchase a scroll for 8TP from the TP seller to enchant an item for 3 random stats with random numbers.

Right now I’m wearing Googles with +1 AoE Ratio.
