someone can tell me if i can use WTFast on ToS or i will be banned? i’m playing on SA , and i have issue on my char is struck on cristal mines and i cant logged anymore , i wear people saying if i use WTFast i will get a ban, but can resolve my problem. can someone explain me if i can use or not?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
I read about someone that managed to fix the ‘cant use character’ problem.
Also if you only use wtfast to get unstuck, it should be fine. Not sure about prolonged use though.
IMC says we suffering about DDoS attack, so i think unistalling not resolve my problem, but i will try it.

If you’re on the new server then yeah wtfast is not going to help you. There’s enough users having problems if you look around the forums.

I can’t confirm anything. But if your server has problems right now, play something else and check again later.
Yes, a lot of people are having issues in SA right now and from another post I read (which was a response from staff about the issue) they know it’s a problem and are currently working on it.
It also mentioned in the response to stay away from WTFast and similar third party programs, so there’s your answer.
Be patient. It’s not worth risking a ban for.

Using proxies and VPNs is actually harmful to MMORPG servers, since it forces the servers to take extra steps, which may “Seem” faster to you, but it isn’t. Proxies and VPNs are also used by cheaters in many shooter games by forcing the server to lag for everyone but the cheater.
I don’t see why people are allowed to use them at all in the first place.
yea i know, have alot of “bad peoples” around the world, but i want do use it for good reason , u know, i want to play and i already adctive my token so… i need play it.
Yes and No, since it’s used by a bunch of people, if anyone gets banned, everyone using the same VPN route will automatically be banned, BUT two of my friends who were banned because of this, were unbanned after a single ticket.
So it’s a risk, you may get banned for sometime, but if it solve your lag issues it could be worth using.
Never used it myself on TOS (still waiting on F2P), but I used it a lot on WoW, got banned a handfull of times, but it was always solved.

Below are some solutions we’ve found help fix this issue. We will keep updating this topic as we find new solutions for this error.
- Disable your antivirus and firewall before running the game.
If your client runs properly with your antivirus and/or firewall inactive, add ToS to its exception list.
- Run ToS from the patch folder.
Go to your Steam folder > steamapps > common > TreeOfSavior > release > patch and run the tos.exe file from there.
- Run ToS as administrator.
Go to your Steam folder > steamapps > common > TreeOfSavior > release > patch, right-click tos.exe and choose Run as Administrator.
- Run tos.exe.temp as tos.exe.
Go to your Steam folder > steamapps > common > TreeOfSavior > release > patch and, if you see tos.exe and tos.exe.temp, delete tos.exe. Then, rename tos.exe.temp to tos.exe and run it.
- Use VPN progrms
It seems CDN issue, We’re expecting to solve it after server relocation.

For those who don’t know what a CDN is:
I got unstucked…but there are a LOT of places where i can get stuck again…i’m using wtfast and i Told imc by sending a ticket with my ip to help solve the problem plus told them i’m using wtfast because is the only way to play. it is about 1 week now with this problem.
You can’t just unstuck Your char…if You try to go on lvl 90 dg to try AD You will stuck again… on crystal mine You got stuck and it seam from there until You get to fedimina all stuck…i have chars that are on crystal mines stucked. another stucked on lvl 90 dg map and another stucked on Letas stream…so there is propably more then 50% of the maps stucking us.
sorry @STAFF_John but i can’t play without VPN. Plus i have friends that CAN’'T play at all because they alread used wtfast in the past and can’t use it again also i’m puting my security/privacity/accounts at risk. Hope You come with a good compensation after all this past…
