About Two-handed Spear Mastery: Penetration attribute [Cataphract]

This is the description of the attribute : Increases your block penetration by 10% per attribute level when equipped with a [Two-handed Spear].

My question is: How this atribute really work?

I’m cataphract and i have this attribute on level 4 (max). When i equip a two handed spear, the block penetration in my character information screen doesn’t change.

Its bugged right now and doesnt work

srsly, 2 months this bug ignored?

It works…I has been tested a lot of times. And alot of folks already questioned it here. It works.its been fixed since tbl patch.

I got 2300 C block on my peltcatagoon. Other all melee class penetrate my block 3/10. Cata penetrates it like 7/10…always…

hmm yes? its imc? why is it surprising

hahahahaha

funny razm dont know how the attribute works…

hahahahahaha

there is still something mr-know-it-all razm dont know about

i don’t think you know how imc work :open_mouth:

Why did this thread even got necro’ed? XD

I’ll do a test later and post a video here. I think the block pen attribute does work, it just doesn’t reflect on the stat info window similar to how Double Slash’s and Sneak Hit’s crit chance boost works (on-hit).

i dont blame the newbie

razm so hardcore he dont even know how this works, yet still preaching his idea around.

im really worry for the swordman community as a whole, but IMC gave me arrow in my knee

It works.

Hopefully we can close this topic now.

yep i tested this on my GM’s templar too, it seems to apply the block penetration but not actually write it out
so w/e your block penetration is (lets say 400)
the actual penetration will be 40% more which is 400+160
pretty good combined with lancer’s future buff i’d say.
