Does it recalculate when I transcend first then use anvil? Or should I use anvil first then transcend?

I see, thanks. I guess I calculated my weapon wrong and got confused.
To be exact. Transcend don’t affect your anvil enhance anymore. Only the base +0 weapon damage.
Before it was affecting it but It wouldn’t mater before or after the anvil (After +5 the bonus on enhance is doubled compare to previous one)
