Hello. I play in Orsha Server, but I live in South America. My question is: can I buy TP Bundles for NA Server and redeem them normally even if I live in South America or I must buy SA TP Bundle to redeem in Orsha? I’m asking here cuz I didn’t receive any response from e-mail support. Thanks in advance.

No. You can not redeem an SA (i.e. Silute) TP bundle in Orsha.
Yeah you can, unlike the DLC that’s currently out at the moment.
