Yes, there’s toxic Latin players, Yes, they can’t speak english, yes, only 3 of them can make the chat ingame useless.
BUT. how many Latin players do we have? compare the amount of players with the amount of toxic ones.

Use subway as an example. U only need one scumbag to bother the 50 other people inside there.
So what to do? separate? No. Ban the toxics. do it in the test and they will think twice before acting like this when the game launches.

There will always be toxic people on either side but the whole LA server wasn’t the real purpose because of hate but to help with latency issues so LA players can join the experience further. They never said you MUST go to LA server so you have a choice but you can’t expect to get rid of racism so easily just by banning since its been around for many years. People are overreacting over the fact that they making a LA server assuming just to split apart the community when its to help please players.
If it was so worried about splitting apart the people then why do we have 3 servers already but you can freely move between them at your own will. So yea no one is forcing you to go to LA server just a option.

I really would enjoy a Latin american server, low ping and stuff like that, but in this situation, all the flame about it, the spam on chat, makes me sad about the Brazilian player, i feel really embarrassed, but it’s just a little number of Brazilian players who are toxic, because a massive number of the same are in love with this game.

Look, I am Brazilian and I was surfing the reddit when I came across a deplorable scene, “http://prntscr.com/8x43vd” I know most Brazilians who are playing the CTB are not trolls, but also know that has many trolls and the whole world and not only in Brazil, administrators have to take action and solve it soon, banish those people who are ruining the game no matter the nationality and not let more these people play to get it over with .
The Brazilian community is huge, why wouldn’t they make their own server for them, especially when half the time the shout is Portugese. In Europe, many games have a server for French and German people, simply because their communities are large and they each speak a different language. This is all about a language barrier. You should be happy you’re getting a server closer to your location.
They are not separating you because of racism, but because of the fact that your countrymen speak a foreign language so much it disrupts the others. By speaking a foreign language you are alienating every single person who doesn’t understand it. This is the whole reason they begin to make mean comments.
IMC are not gods, they cannot fix a cultural problem. They can only delay and restrict it. It seems like several people are proposing IMC to ban toxic players, but that is not a solution. Banning people would require more staff, more resources, more time. It just isn’t a good investment no matter how you look at it. At best it’d have to be volunteer work. Not to mention the massive amount of false reports people would make, it would ultimately be just too much to handle even for volunteers. Giving a justified ban is not so simple. And even then, bans can be avoided.
When i started to play MMO like 12 years ago or more, i was a kid who barely knew some words in english but thanks to games like LoZ or Final fantasy i could defend myself. Step by step, i met people from all around the world, people who didnt mind teach me and help me, who show me new cultures and living styles. Who i could call them my friends.
Now the games exiles each comunity because xenophoby and barrier language, and the people keep being simple minded, living in their own bubble, being John Snow (lets see who caught the joke lol).
The new generations dont know what is this. They only learn to insult the “strange people who dont talk my language”
