Nope, char level is difference with class level.
U can change class if ur current class got 15 level.
And char level maxed 200 this time, can be up to 600 in the future.
Higher rank class will require more exp than lower rank class.
In the last CBT, my char lvl is 64, but i’m just Archer c3 with 8 level if i remember it right.

Yes, mobs and quests give both character and class exp.
Yes, class level and char level can be earn normally from quest, mob, exp card, etc…
do they earn same exp rate at the same time?

No, your class exp rate tends to go up much slower than your character exp rate.

I think it’s same rate, i can go up 15 lvl of char and class at the same time, but as i said before, i think higher class will require more exp, then class level can’t catch up char level if there is no level cap.
Class might get left behind if one would somehow tend to grind a bit more before doing their rank up quests or due to the exp gained by doing the rank up quests imo
