How is it possible that I can still see skill scrolls like, magic missile, pole of agony, etc. being sold in the market? Is there any way to craft it after the re:build update?
Apparently, this is now devoted to Rune Casters. I have a Warlock-Rune Caster build, I’ll check tonight if I can make Pole of Agony scrolls…
How? Is there an attribute for rune casters to craft scrolls?
I think you simply sit down with Insert command and the option will be available next to the others (craft, upgrade gems and cards…)
Correct, there is no need for skills nor atributes. Also, the cost of Wizard skill scrolls is the same for pardoners. Both at 700 silver for each level.

Just a little precision: the cost of a scroll is actually 500 silver + 2 runes (100 silver each) per level, so when you want to craft some, don’t forget to have some runes in your inventory. Pole of Agony is level 10, so you need 20 runes per scroll.
are you forced to craft high level skills now? I’m looking for enchant fire lv 1 because it’s otherwise too costly. If I leave Enchant Fire at level 1, can I craft the first level scroll?
Pretty much. The game won’t allow you to craft if the skill you want to scroll isn’t maxed.
