Hi guys, just a question, I started my character in orsha, but i think i finished the quest in orsha part of the map, the main quest is for high levels and i now take side quests in kelipedia part of the map, I’m following this guide http://2p.com/37214182_3/Stormakovs-Tree-of-Savior-Leveling-Guide-by-joyce.htm but some of the npcs are not giving me the side quests, why is that? thanks 
Either those npcs are part of the klaipeda story questline (you have to start this from west siauliai), or you’re 10 levels below the area you are in.
oh… my level is above the level required for the map, i’m just trying to get exp cards… so i need to do the main quest for kelipedia?? 
There are few npcs that will not give you a quest as they are part of the story line (orange quests), you don’t need to bother with them but it’s recommended to start from the starting area from the klaipeda side, extra exp cards is good.
Oh… But what about the blue quests? thats the one i’m searching for… does it require me to do the main quest or no?
No, for blue ones, the storyline quests are not required
