like 5 minute ago, this stupid person called Snarf starts to spamming this stupid twitch channel of his non stop. I think you should have at least someone monitoring this behavior and ban them off. And also make it so that block actually blocks them off completely even on the banner. This is super annoying.
. The shout really need a Cooldown and Char Limit.
