I would like to know if is possible to have Running Shot active and perform Cannon Blast,Cannon Shot and Shootdown.
You should be able to, Runing Shot asks for a Ballista which is a main hand weapon while Cannoneer skills ask for a Cannon which is an off-hand weapons.
Runing Shot’s bonus is to auto attacks anyways, why the question?
Thinking about a very good build for PVP XD
I see, I’m not that versed in the area of PvP but I’d say that Cannoneer is in a very weird spot when it comes to hard data, we need more footage and all that.

running shot is the most annoying skill agaist melee classes
running shot + deploy pasive = easy hit and run D:
