About Restoration of deleted characters

Hello, I am a newbie currently enjoying this game very recently for 2 or 3 days!

I did not know that the new servers, NA, where I am playing, will be united with the old servers, but I just wanted to know how the old servers are, so I deleted 2 characters on the new server and then tried to connect to old server. But I realized that it was not permitted as I saw the error message (creating names etc).

Anyway, that is true that I deleted my 2 characters which I played until today, but I would like to restore them.

i think it will be hard to do that cause it was not game fault, it was your own action, but perharp you can send a ticket or mention staffs on the forum for an exception (hope that will be the case) :haha:
maybe they can help you out
