Does it really should buff the whole party?
It is a bit OP if able to 2 people with this buff in same group for pvp…
it would be almost like 3 lifes and 20s immune with 2 people buffing it and It would almost cover the whole CD
btw the real duration is 1:30 and the CD is 2 min
Just did the test, it is counting as buff for whole group but only work for the caster.
anyway its a bug since it is buffing the whole group
it works for the whole party but what is not clear in its description that it only works once per whole party that you buffed, i did not know that and i thought its once per person, so when i died after my husband died and revived i had the choice of respawning or using the tp item, wish it was pointed out better before i put two points into it instead of 1 
and yes we both had the buff, and after he “used” our revive i still had the buff icon and it looked like it would revive me, that might need to be fixed, because its misleading
