Does it have its limits? like at the x times open, practonium will be given
it’s been almost 3 months but always keista potion and milthril.

To know that it can go for 3 months without giving practonium it’s just disappointing…
I don’t think they have a limit, it sounds like you are just unlucky. To increase your chances all you can do is get more practonium cubes by making alts.
I got 3 practionoum out of 5 cubes in the last two months. (2 months is how much time passed since I got the first cube, the 3rd one has been actually a pretty fast drop).
They kind of seem to drop in the order that I completed the quest with each character)
yeah i have have lv330 5 chars and still no practonium is given from those 5 chars.
