Can I save skill points from previous ranks to put in higher ranks?
You have to use all your 15 class points to go to the next rank~
if its the same class you can save points
if its a different class you have to spend it all

About party, I think it’s bugged (this is a CBT1 video, right?). Normal limit is 5 (?) I guess, but may be bigger in some situations. I don’t remember being a 100% information though.
