As far as i know, they are partners, they don’t have access to the server files, neither the client code, they are support yes, but only some sort of call center, they receive the reports, and re-pass to IMC so they can apply the fixes.
they will offer you support, you’ll report to them.
but they won’t be fixing your problem, they’ll report back to IMC.
basically it’ll be a mess
