You may be able to run it, but just barely. RAM and video card might be a problem.

You’ll get issues with the game with that specs. If you can afford it, get a processor that’s at least 3.0+ and RAM at around 4-6 GB. Video card seems okay at the 512MB mark but try to at least reach the 1GB range.
i cant :/, only have money in paypal and is not much and doesn’t accept paypal in my country
and there are many obstacles to bring things from the outside
I do hope you are able to play with your current specs! We never know until the game is out, some work even below the recommended configs (turning off most effects, shadows, etc). : )

You can always play the game in windowed mode and in a small resolution :). Also you can disable effects (such as in RO) in order to get better performance.

Your RAM is pretty low and your video card isn’t that great however after the last test IMC stated that they’d be adding more settings, and optimization is always a battle. So hopefully you might be able to play with all the lowest settings possible.

yeah im fine if i can play it even with all settings low and off 
My pc is aging but I do think I have enough to run this game fine.
