Montano …is chance of stun or 100%?
Shield Shoving…turned around, and can’t take any actions temporarily…is 100% chance ? or not?

if i recall correctly both were 100% working on normal monsters for me. I used to have trouble killing some mobs so i would chain spins into a stun. not 100% on bosses though.

Yes it is but you cant use them on boss that all…shield shove good for pvp when your enemy higherlander try to catar stroke on you and he missing because his face suddenly turn to wrong direction…
