Does anyone know how luciferie kantribe’s solid skin works?
I want to know specifically about the CD reduction, if, with three parts and the LV5 seal, the solid skin CD is 10s or 30s.
IIRC 10-sec uptime then if you have lvl5 seal it’ll be 30 cd so 20-sec downtime
