Hello guys, I am completely new to the game and made a big mistake.
I put the items in a character, including awards for the purchase of DLC in personal storage and reseted the character, as had erred in assigning skills and would remake it, thinking about getting items with the new character.
when I try to retrieve the items, to my surprise the storage was really personal, exclusively of each character. That is, when reseted the old character, lost items. I thought it was a storage of all account and cheated.
Do you have any way to recover these items?
