After I cast fire ball. I can’t straight jump off or move instantly. It feel like something been bind or pull by something. Mostly after I cast fire ball. Mostly will hit by Monsters. It really pain for wizard class even is just 1 hit…T_T. Can solve that problem?

It is called an animation lock. This is intended for as far as I know.
Yes, it’s an animation. Fireball has the longest cast animation around pyro skills. Get used to it. You can push this ball around so you are able to cast this skill far away and just kick it to monsters if you’re experiencing problems with mobs getting angry at you while you cast it.
