So ive read that in TBL your equipments are also streamlined to 200, is that still so? Because i get the benefits from cafrisun in pvp for example. Did they change it?

No, just the char level and substats gained from invested stats AFAIK.
Yes. Equipment effects, substats, gems, enhancement and transcendence are still in effect.
So, investing in a prac weapon for pvp would also be necessary right?
It depends on your class and build.
Some can do with blue/purple hunting grounds alternatives especially since those are mostly easier/cheaper to get.
Others do really need purple prac (Lionhead Shield, Aufgowle Bow, and Vienarazis Mace are good examples IMO), and a few would do best with an orange prac weapon (e.g. Aspana for SRs/Corsair3s, RHPike for Catagoons and Lancers, etc.).
If you are new or can’t play much, a +11 lv.315 blue hunting grounds weapon should suffice. For shields though, I can’t recommend Lionhead Shield enough as it’s very worth it for its price.
