About Doppel C3 Build What if I build like this

I read info about Doppel Build a lot but can’t decide which one I wanna play.

This’s info of build I’ve learned

Swordman > Highlander > Barbarian C3 > Doppel C3 (AOE Focus)

Swordman > Highlander C3 > Barbarian > Doppel C3 (Debuff)

Swordman > Highlander C3 > Peltasta> Doppel C3 (Debuff+Tank but lack of DPS/Stun)

Swordman > Peltasta > Barbarian C3 > Doppel C3 (Tank+AOE but lack of Debuff+lack of 2nd sword mastery)

Someone told me Corsiar also good choice…

So what if I build like this?

Swordman > Peltasta > Highlander > Barbarian > Corsiar > Doppel C3

… give up on Debuff, give up on AOE… What’s left? lol

Don’t do the last build, aside from Peltasta you wont’ get any of the benefits the 2h classes can offer. If you want Corsair, I’d recommend High3 > Corsair > Doppel. The idea is to use Highlander skills for debuff and Corsair for Iron Hook (plus Keelhauling has good synergy for Highlander). It all comes down to your playstyle:
Peltasta = Taunting to help farm/aoe (synergizes best with barb)
Highlander = Single target burst/debuffs (best path for corsair, consider taking at least 1 circle if you want crossguard for a pure 2h path)
Barbarian = Damage buff stacking and aoe (get at least 2 circles for buffs)
Corsair = Utility/farming
Pick the path that best suits the playstyle you’re aiming for and work towards that

Thank you for your advice. I never known Highlander has good synergy with Corsair.

Keelhauling has an attribute to inflict bleed, so when crosscut is in CD you can use that to proc bleed for skyliner. Also, I’ve read elsewhere that KH can proc bleed on bleed-resistant enemies, but I have yet to confirm this myself (from my past experience it didn’t). Also Corsair is nice for farming since Jolly Roger and Double Pay Earn have some synergy.

I was thinking about sw3 > pelt1 > highlander 1 > dopple 3 for my build. I read that barbarian skills aren’t as great end game??? Can anyone who went the barbarian route confirm or deny this?

Even bar’s skill not strong in end game. bar C1’s skill still req.

Cleave’s buff+debuff : buff +crit rate , Debuff for slash dmg 50%
Helm Chopper : stun

So I’ve been going left and right trying to decide what I want to do with my build. I am a sw1-pelt1-high1 right now. and here is the path I decided on

I am still unsure where I am going to put my last 10 skill points in the doppel tree

@calebjbullard why sw3?
this guy build was high2 and barb 2, see his skyliner damage. if he go high 3, he can even get about 140k+ crit on skyliner with skull swing (armor break)
cleave (barb) gives you +50crate (5s) and +50% slash damage debuffs, stackable with zwerchau on dopp3.

Well, i suppose you could do a full/con str build based on bleeding damage with pelta and highlander 3, it work with a dex fencer, will work even better with doppel.

To me, even without taunt, highlander 1> barb 3> doppel 3 is the superior build as it will leave you able to spend your points in dex, which is nice when you have high base damage skills from doppel, and a little evasion dont hurt. Just keep in mind that you will have to choose a good leveling guide to avoid grinding as finding parties without pelta could be a problem for every swordsman (but as you can see, its a problem you can minimize). But honestly, highlander 3 + barb its ok too, to the point where is up to you, though… It will become more relevant later (and highlander 3 costume yeas)
