Players in kTOS ended up actually getting +40 weapons thanks to diamond anvils.
I highly doubt they will ever be back, and this is a very good thing for the future of the game.
If they return it would drastically upset the balance of the game, they are pay to win and IMC specifically said they made leticia cubes for pay to convenience so it would contradict their statements.
They could at least pronounce this. I do agree with you, but if they will never return, i would try lucky refine my itens, qithout waiting.
Unless you are trying to get a velcoffer weapon above +11 I wouldn’t wait to be honest.
