I suggest that when you delete the Companion.
Although now there is one check message, I want to change the Companion to another character and I click the wrong button and click yes very fast.
So I delete it… 
And there is no way to recover.
In order to avoid the players after experiencing the same problem.
Maybe we can have a window form that ask you to enter something like “delete” , “user e-mail” or a time count.
Or add one buttom that recovery the last one deleted.

Is there any way to get your companion back once you’ve deleted it?
There is no way to recover now.
Please don’t forget to look into it, it will be a hell of a problem when game goes live and people accidentally start deleting their pets. Such an action without the possiblity to undo it is very discouraging 
And possibility to recover it wouldn’t influence the gameplay wrongly in any way I think…
This totally just happened to me… Wish devs would have done something about this in november…
The game in general really doesn’t have enough confirmation boxes for things, whether it’s deleting your companion or exitting the game. -_-
Maybe I have done the samething, but have allready resolved.
but some “put your password” is necessary for deleting companions and char.

This just happened to me… 
I was kind of surprised by how easy it was to delete it, since you have to move it between characters constantly.
I figured that I should bump this since I just joined the ranks of people who learned about the delete companion feature the hard way.
