Umm, I am a asia player . i am going to play a full support ways. so my stat not gonna put much point to int. and the things is only this skil why don’t put the spr in it. why ppl play the dps Cleric will get high healing on this skill . its not unfair for play a full support in Cleric. sorry foy my bad english.

I think both INT and SPR should affect additional hp amount (like mass heal).
You should mail directly to kTOS developers though, nobody in charge will read it here.
Play it out. Choose stats, well leveling up. I play a 173 Cleric.
