Pygry Spear is alot cheaper than Wingshard and the status in my point of view are better too.
For me, the advantages of Wingshard are slight higher base damage and the 3 slots, and one of that slots will be a yellow gem to replace the Pygry critical attack bonus.
Which one do you guys think is better?
At the end of the day, Wingshard is probably better, but not by enough to make the investment worth it. I’d rather just spend my money and time on Transcendence than on the mats required to make it. The gap on how much better Wingshard is also depends on your build, if you want to increase Crit Rate, or if you already have decent AOE Attack Ratio (not that there is ever too much AAR) the Wingshard loses some of its usefulness. An example of a build that may not benefit as much, are Hoplites. They get AAR and Crit from Finistra, so adding Pygry on top of it lets them invest stats away from DEX, you can easily hit Crit Cap while having 80+ stat points invested in CON and STR, and that’s without Green gems.
