Bug Description :
Absurd background data from ToS, I tried my account in Telsiai and it’s fine only around 50 KBps background data, but in Varena background data is not normal high reaching 150-300 KBps, I suspect my friendlist to be the culprit it seemed to be bugged.

I suspect my friendlist or guild to be the culprit. But I’m not sure

These happened to my 2 accounts, I’m little sure that it happened to my one account after doing mission, and the other account after dungeon.

This abnormal background data keep receiving even when I afk
