Abilities removed from quick cast bar

Bug Description :
I enter the game with all my abilities there, but whenever i re login or enter a new place all my abilities are removed from my quick cast bar making me replace all my abilities back where they are

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Enter a new area
Abilities removed
Rinse repeat
