After some hours got stuck with this bug, I found out that if I do fast click to change channel after choose server then press log in instantly, I can log in to game but still cant access the bug character. Maybe this is what u looking for.

Come back anytime after staff return from quarantine.

From my experience about this kind of issues, Simply logout to Server Selection Screen and login back to character lodge select your bugged Character and Choose a different channel on the map. You should be able to login normally.
