current system only allow us to preview any hats that is in goddess cube via beauty shop, and theres some good looking hats/costume that listed on market but we cant preview it on our characters

You need to have them set to be shown to other people. Just click the eye icons in your cos 1 and 3 slots and you’ll be good to go.
